Information we collect
- Admissions & contact forms: name, date of birth, gender, phone, email, area, church details, musical background and course choices.
- Community & support: testimonials, support requests and newsletter sign-ups you submit.
- Payments: fee and payment records (we do not store card or full M-Pesa PIN details).
How we use it
- To process admissions, place students in classes and manage tuition.
- To contact you about your application, classes, fees and academy news you subscribe to.
- To publish testimonials you submit — only after our review and with the name/role you provide.
- To improve our services and understand demand.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with academy staff who need it to serve you, and where required by law.
Storage & security
Your data is stored on our hosting provider's servers and access is restricted to authorised staff. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from academy news at any time, and you may ask us to correct or delete your personal information by contacting us.
