Welcome to Carmel Academy. By using this website and our services you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

Carmel Academy is a music & worship training academy based at P.O. Box 001, Kisii. We provide in-person music tuition, choir and worship training, and related services.

2. Admissions & enrolment

Submitting an application does not guarantee a place. Enrolment is confirmed by our admissions team, subject to availability, class capacity and payment of the applicable fees. Admission numbers and class placements are issued at our discretion based on the information you provide.

3. Fees & payments

Fees are charged per class according to the course and format you choose, as published on our Courses page. Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

4. Student conduct

Students are expected to attend on time, respect tutors and fellow learners, and care for academy instruments and property. We may suspend or withdraw a student for conduct that endangers others or repeatedly disrupts learning.

5. Use of this website

You agree not to misuse this website, submit false information, or attempt to disrupt its operation. Content submitted to the community wall or testimonials is reviewed before publication and may be edited or declined at our discretion.

6. Intellectual property

The academy name, logo, course materials and website content are our property or used with permission. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without written consent.

7. Liability

We take reasonable care in delivering our services, but to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Kenyan law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
